Topic: rule 3.2 - seat bracing

what have you done to address this with an adjustable seat base? our current one is fixed, but I am looking to add a slider for the new year.

Re: rule 3.2 - seat bracing

We used a modified 1st gen RX-7 seat slider in our Jag.

Edit: Doh! You're asking about seat back bracing. We just made sure ours is within 6" of the harness bar, but I'd like to add a brace.

Re: rule 3.2 - seat bracing

We used one of these, bought it from Safe Drives:

It's quick/easy to install/adjust, and the seat doesn't budge when they give it a shake at tech inspection.

Everybody grab your brooms, it's shenanigans!

Re: rule 3.2 - seat bracing

Here's what I did.

It's less than six inches from the shortest driver and firm against the seat back for the tallest~
