Topic: Taste of India in B-willow: anybody tried it?

We've been to a couple races at Buttonwillow, and have passed by the place numerous times, but have never tried it.  We may be going to a couple track days there in the future, and wanted to get some first-hand reviews of it.  Anybody taken the plunge?

I've got eight slugs in me. One's lead, and the rest are bourbon. The drink packs a wallop and I pack a revolver.

These guys are heading in to town for dinner Saturday Night.
I asked them where and they said 'Indian food'.
Are there any other Indian joints there?

I have been wondering the same thing, so please share what you learn.

I can highly recommend the Willow Ranch restaurant, especially if you like meat.   It is where many racers go to eat.

The Lemons staff ate at the Indian restaurant, it was quite good...

Yeah, that place is OK. By the standards of food you can get in the middle of butt-nowhere on I-5, it's one of the greatest restaurants in the world!

Here's Eyesore bribing me at Taste of India. They came in 2nd at Buttonwillow, because 20 bucks isn't enough to buy 1st.

Agreed with Phil.  Of the available options in the middle of the desert, it is one of the better ones.

It's a 1939 V12 Lagonda Le Mans at the VARA Oktoberfest, September 2009.
Joe and his mechanic bopped into town for dinner and returned later that evening.
