It almost looks fake, though I have seen enough similar videos to know they can do it.  I have never seen a driver keep a vehicle so steady on two wheels.  Joie Chitwood was one of the best and he always wobbled a bit.  I can't imagine how hard it would be with weight being shifted around like that.

When he switches from side to side around the 4:00 minute mark, that's just insane. You shouldn't be able to do that in a car.
