"Withdrawn" GLITCH NOT FIXED

It seems that the glitch where ANY team member can withdraw the WHOLE team has not been fixed!

BE VERY careful about this - much to my dismay when my last entered driver quit, the whole team got withdrawn. This *should* only be a function available to the team captain!

As a captain:
I (Now) recommend using a password that is open ONLY for a limited period of time for each crew, when your list is "solid" lock it down by changing the password!
