When things got wet at CMP last year, we slapped on some BFG Touring T/A's that came with the car when we bought it. They performed very well in the wet, but since we weren't sure if/when it was going to open up again we left them on the entire day. By the end of the day they were totally shot.

Notice the discolored sidewalls and that the tread has actually melted, pooled into the grooves, and then reformed.
