Damn, we didn't want to say that we got our car for free, so we lied and said we paid $50 for it. And our POS was way worse off that your POS. We should have tried the "free" story and had an extra $50 to spend.

I picked up some 'free tires' from the take off pile out at the track last year.
I had them mounted on my 914 and sold that car.

I recently was given back the rims and tires.
They are at the tire shop now  going on my Lemons rims for the filthy.

225/15 and 245/15 BFG's- TW 220!!

They should last the entire race at Sears. Plenty of tread left.
We have 6 stock rims with usable Falkens as spares!

This saves us quite a bit of $$$ this time around.

might be he likes to drive an escort he fabbed up with cast-off/junkyard parts.
i can say that i haven't had so much fun getting nast/filty/greasy helping the heckler and crew get the mark ate ready since.........well, i can't remember when.

I need about 3-4 more hours to be race ready for Sears.

Battery needs to go back in, weld on removable steering wheel hub, mount seat and install front valance.

I need to clean the thing up and paint the roll cage, too.
