Wow.. I think we win (lose)... we are like 11-12gph at gingerman in the lex, but we drive the pi$$ out of it, and it runs rich for some reason.

Best Endurance: 2 Hours, we normally do hour stints so everyone gets a turn.
Notes: I think we're one of the few teams who has to run 93 octane, which really sucks when that station outside the track keeps raising prices as the weekend goes on.

how can best endurance be 2 hrs at 5gph?  it would be 9gph

What I meant was that's the longest we've had the car out there without stopping, that's why I said we normally just do 1 hour stints. Everytime we pit we have to add one 5 gallon jug to top the tank off.

Capacity: ~19ish (22gal cell with baffling)
Best Endurance: 2hr 35 min at Infineon with some yellows and some parts still damp.
Worst endurance: 1hr 35 at Buttonwillow hauling ass down the drag strip
24-hour at Buttonwillow will be expensive....

That's a good point. But by the same token, only once were we a contender for anything and broken wheel studs took care of that for us. We've always been more about just having fun instead of trying to be as quick as possible in all areas.

Mark VIII used as much as 10GPH.
X-90 used as little as 4.5 GPH.
The Donk at Stafford, cruising along in drive, managed to go almost 4 hours with me at the helm on a single stock (20+ gallon) tank, and still had a little left. V8 doesn't automatically mean thirsty.

We run 93 as well. We see boost anywhere from 2-12psi depending on engine in the car and number of boost leaks. Not risking detonation with cheap fuel.

* At least we can run regular.
* This is our personal high water mark for GPH consumption as all our Lemons races have way more traffic/yellows than this track day.
* Starts cutting out at <1/8th tank but our drivers usually only last ~2 hours so this hasn't been an issue.
