you need an automagic for endurance racing, but the judges prefer to see you run an autotragic

Get a transmission cooler.  They are 35 bucks, sell something off the car to get the cash.  I recommend hayden.

Yes. Put a transmission temperature gauge on it. Synthetic fluid can't hurt either. For a cooler go to the junkyard and look at the ones on pickup trucks. 3/4 and 1 ton trucks have pretty good sized ones.
