This Saturday the 29th? I dunno how many there will be. Stella still needs small things done to her. So I doubt we'll have her on track. But I'm hearing rumors of more teams coming for the 11th of September. If we got enough for a full group, we would allow full passing to get y'all used to the track. Full team rate will be $150. And with the testing prices I've seen and driver restrictions for other tracks...that's pretty cheap.

We got the marriage license at Ravenna, getting married the morning of the race before the flag falls.  You are all welcome to come hang out!  I could see a twinge of fear come across my fiance's face as we pulled into Nelsons Ledge like "what did I agree to". 

We'd love to go to the open track day, if only I could get the rest of the bums out to finish the damn car.  They all have...lives, kids, girl friends,....excuses. 

Thinking about instituting a new rule, you drive as much as you work.

Car:  1989 Chevy Camaro RS  (really slow)

Theme:  80s rock and roll, the whole care is gonna look like a Van Halen Guitar!

Experience:  We did Toledo Last year in a different car, and blew it up before nightfall.

Team:  Me:  ice racing, oval racing, autoX, Lemons last year, go karts, track days.
2nd in command:  Skip Barber grad, autoX
3rd in line:  Oval racing, autoX
4th crazy person:  AutoX

So we have SOME experience, but not a lot.  Ethier way, should be fun, can't wait to see you all there.

Driver race experience - Two of us are long time drag racers giving it a shot at the  roundy-round.  The other guys have some lapping days and general hooning experience on and off track.

Its coming down to the wire and we still have lots to do, but we'll be there!

First time poster.

Not entered to race, but I - along with a few other fine folks from Canada - are looking forward to spectating at our first Lemons race at Nelson Ledges in October.

This is going to be one crazy weekend.  I have seen many 24 hour races before, but without a doubt, this will be the most insane.

Can't wait.

Just got the car done. During testing I had an incident with a curb and the oil pan.  All fixed now.

Hopefully this will be the race that we dont have any major failure. The past 2 events have not been perfect. ( we didnt finish the last race ) But then again we are running a E30...

Our car is still at the cage builder.  It is little more than a gutted shell still.  We have a ton of work to do.  That is one of the downsides to having a scattered team.  We still haven't found a sixth teammate and two live in California.  We only have three to build the car and one of those guys has to go to Japan for almost two weeks.  That leaves two of us to put it all together and get it ready.  Yikes!

We got the curse at Capitol Offense but they wouldn't let us destroy the car.

We blew our wad in the days leading up to CMP.  We don't have enough time or $$ budgeted to prep the car for Ohio right now.  Between business committments and wives that are on their wits end with some of us we were lucky to even make it to CMP! 
We'll be deeply involved with both series next year.
