7. Armand, Sunbeam Alpine
8. Pete, Killer ZomBees, MGB
All right! Looks like we're going to settle the Sunbeam vs. MG thing once and for all.

Damn, too bad we don't have that TR2 anymore. You know, the one where the hood came off on the freeway.
I'd put the 2002 on the rollers but I don't think the dyno goes that high.

You're going down biatch.
You're going down biatch.
I've already started making excuses. Did you know I'm spotting you 200cc?
My car was rated at 80 horses from the factory. In theory, my Weber carburetor and free-flow exhaust should add another 5 or so...
...I'll be pleasantly surprised if it can muster up 40 at the wheels.

We have a BET....... to make things interesting I will donate $20 to the highest dyno # between these two rivals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In nickels of course :>)
Pennies!
I talked to The GIMP PIMP cadi sts northstar V8 he might come up there .Curious what it might put down
John/Clint - is the exhaust on Eddie going to be finished by then? This would be a perfect "Debutante Ball" for this car...

I might have to run the estate just for fun....if its running of course??

open headers sound best any how,
Bumping this back to the top, I need to know how many people are coming, We have to buy meat for the masses.. I don't have the connections (even though I spent many years in Catholic school) to pull off that whole loaves and fishes thing.. So, If you are coming, e-mail me john@evilgeniusracing.com and let me know how many team members and sycophants you are bringing... Also, get on the list for the dyno if you are not on it already.
Murilee has come up with a cool newsworthy event to take place during the day, you could end up with your name/image on Jalopnik... Bring your Sawsalls.......

Beautiful, Clint!!!! Coming by this afternoon to check it out in person...

We did get the exhaust installed on the 928 "estate"..but its still having "issues"....
We're still planning on coming.
We'd like to dirty up the dyno with the Filthy as well.
KT
Plus one more for planning purposes please, John. I've got a car-nut buddy flying in from Kansas City during the week who is extending his stay over the weekend to participate in this not-to-be-missed event!
Cheers,
Dean
Of course I will be there......and we might even run the "estate" on the dyno.....but I am quite happy with the HP it made last night!!!!

I'm one of those evil minions that emission test vehicles for the state so I'm no stranger to running on the rollers.
Not a pretty sight.
My son and I will be there, thanks!
5 days to GO...... I'm in and surprisingly the Estate is RUNNING.....I might even run it on the dyno...
I'm contributing $20 in nickels to the battle O british rides...between Zombee and the Sunbeam....the highest dyno wins..... my predicition is the winner will throw down 72whp!!!
I wonder if gambling winnings can be used towards the budget? I would guess yes since its in nickels
Hey John trying to get the hondas done but not looking too promising so fill our spots
Killer Bee is ready for a throwdown, lol... may have to invest in a full set of rain slickers for the 2 hour drive up to Sack-o-tomatoes! (stupid rain). Dibs on standing closest to the heater when I get there.
heaters, ha!
we seeriously need a betting board set up, with most likely to : blow, stop working, most power, least power etc
