The Cold Fire that I know of is used as a fire suppressant. Not only do they make fire suppression systems/extinguishers, they also have a spray for firesuits. I know John Force (15 time NHRA Funny Car champion) used their systems. I think if it would be good enough for a nitro-burning 5,000HP Funny Car, it should be ample for a Lemons car. And the great thing about Cold Fire is that it is non-toxic. You can spray the driver without fear of choking him out, like you would with a halon or powder extinguisher.
If they don't approve it for in the car, it would be great to have in the pits.
