My opinion is just that. You don't have to like it or agree with it, but I'm certainly not alone in wishing to see fewer boring cars and more fun themes. However, some of you would rather just race. There are plenty of places/series for that. Lemons is only one of a number of options. Don't get me wrong, I don't want anyone to leave. I want you to be MORE involved in the success of the series!
The spirit of Lemons, the one I'm encouraging, the one Phil and the judges are encouraging when they give you rattle cans in BS and tell you to come back with a theme, THAT is what sets it apart, and, IN MY OPINION, above the rest. How many times a year do these tracks host races? Practically every weekend they can, right? How many times a year do they see a race with the fun/interesting/absurd/crazy costumes and car themes that our fans truly love?
They see them when Lemons comes to town.
Now quit making excuses, and go theme your junk.
